Marv Beer

Marv Beer, owner and Managing Broker of Royal LePage Access Real Estate, began his successful real estate career in Calgary, Alberta, in 2004, quickly becoming a top-producing sales associate. In May 2012, Marv and his wife, Trena, moved to Salmon Arm to open their own Royal LePage brokerage.

In addition to overseeing daily operations of the brokerage, Marv actively works with buyers and sellers, navigating their real estate journeys across the Salmon Arm region, including Blind Bay, Sicamous, and surrounding areas, . When not at work, Marv and Trena contribute to the community through volunteering, enjoy hiking and running local trails, and spend time boating on Shuswap Lake. Their two sons, Derek and Travis, are both Red Seal Carpenters, are successful entrepreneurs, owning Alderview Construction in Salmon Arm.
