There are a couple of marinas in Blind Bay, which can take care of all your boat's maintenance needs if you own a boat. If you don't own a boat and are purchasing a home or land in Eagle Bay, it's a great idea to look into a boat because boating is the No. 1 recreational activity on Shuswap Lake.

Eagle Bay Cabins: Wonderful Recreation Opportunities

If you're looking into Eagle Bay cabins, you are coming to one of Canada's true recreation areas, especially in the summer. From June-September you'll see all kinds of boats out on Shuswap Lake with people enjoying water skiing, tubing, knee boarding, or enjoying a nice float under the summer sun.

There is a nice beach in the Eagle Bay area, called Shannon Beach. It's accessible from Eagle Bay Rd. It has a large swimming area where no boats are allowed. Kids will enjoy swimming out to the swimming raft in the middle of the swimming area.
