Royal LePage Shelter foundation

The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation has been part of the culture of Royal LePage since its founding in 1998. Since then, the agents, brokers and brokerages of Royal LePage offices all across Canada have been raising money for this worthy cause. 

What is the cause you ask? Every day, women and children are forced to stay in abusive relationships simply because they have nowhere to go to get away from the abuse. The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation provides much needed funding to Women's Emergency Shelters and Violence Prevention Programs across Canada to help with ending the cycle of violence in the home. To date, the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation has raised over $35 Million through agent commission donations, and foundation events such as the National Garage Sale for Shelter and the amazing Treks for Shelter to Manchu Picchu, Iceland, the Sahara Desert and the Purcell Mountains of BC. 

Royal LePage Canada is the only real estate company that has it's own in-house charity and it is completely funded by Royal LePage Canada so that every dollar raised goes to the women's shelter in the community where that money was raised!

At our brokerage, most of our agents contribute through Commission Donations and we've also held several National Garage Sales for Shelter as well. Since 2012, our brokerage has raised over $67,000! All the money we raise locally stays in the Shuswap with 100% of our money raised going to the SAFE Society in Salmon Arm.
