There is the Eagle Bay Community Church as well, but for other necessities, residents must drive to Blind Bay or Salmon Arm. You'll find a couple of restaurants in Blind Bay which is about 25 minutes away.

What to Do in Eagle Bay

There is a nice beach in the Eagle Bay area, called Shannon Beach. It's accessible from Eagle Bay Rd. It has a large swimming area where no boats are allowed. Kids will enjoy swimming out to the swimming raft in the middle of the swimming area.

Camosun Narrows Provincial Park is nearby and it's a perfect place to camp and enjoy the spot where the four arms of Shuswap Lake meet. There is a fairly large beach at the park as well.
