Cindy Derkaz

I have deep roots in the Shuswap, having lived almost my entire life in what I describe as the “most beautiful place in the world”. Sharing my knowledge and experience with people as they make big decisions in their lives, is part of my job as a Realtor. As a passionate community leader with a proven record of service, including over a decade as the president of the Shuswap Community Foundation and several terms on the board of Shuswap Trail Alliance, I am continuing my service record in my real estate career. Service, hard work and integrity are in my DNA, having learned the importance of these ethics at my parents’ shoe stores. I bring my past experience as a lawyer and adjudicator to my career as a Realtor. Staying true to my core beliefs of caring about people, their futures and our community is at the heart of my real estate business.
